Group for Inspection Affairs for the Transport of Dangerous Goods carries out tasks related to: inspection supervision over the implementation of the Law on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and regulations adopted on the basis of that Law; filing a request for the initiation of a misdemeanor procedure, or an application for a commercial offense or criminal charges; taking measures determined by law and by-laws, as well as other activities from the scope of the Section
