Group for Legal and Administrative Affairs in the field of Inspection carries out tasks related to: preparation of draft laws and proposals of other regulations from the scope of the Sector; professional support to civil servants in performing inspection supervision; preparation in cooperation with inspectors of acts related to misdemeanor procedures and economic offenses; cooperation with other state bodies; preparation of reports, information, analysis and other materials from the scope of the Sector, as well as other activities from the scope of the Group.
