Legal Affairs Unit
Legal Affairs Unit carries out tasks related to: developing and monitoring the implementation of regulations regulating housing, communal activities and energy efficiency issues; giving opinions on the application of regulations in the field of housing, communal activities and energy efficiency; giving opinions on drafts and proposals of regulations prepared by other competent authorities, which are related to issues related to housing, utility activities and energy efficiency; monitoring and analyzing the effects of the implementation of regulations in the field of housing, communal activities and energy efficiency and the production of appropriate information and reports on the application of regulations in these areas; issuing and revoking licenses for the operation of non-profit housing organizations and keeping a register of non-profit housing organizations; monitoring the development of the legislation of other countries, as well as the international legal framework regulating housing, communal activities and energy efficiency issues, harmonization of housing regulations with international legal acts regulating housing rights as basic human rights, as well as harmonization of regulations from jurisdiction Departments that regulate housing rights issues as basic rights, providing services of general economic interest and energy efficiency with the acquis communautaire; other activities from the scope of the Group.
