Department of Housing Policy, Communal Activities and Energy Efficiency

In the Department of Housing Policy, Communal Activities and Energy Efficiency, tasks related to: arranging housing relations and housing business are carried out through the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of housing policy measures; proposing strategic and other measures for the sustainable development of housing, in particular preparing and monitoring the implementation of programs and projects of housing support, energy efficiency and building management and maintenance; elaboration and monitoring of the application of regulations regulating housing, utility activities and energy efficiency; monitoring economic aspects and proposing measures for improving housing finance, providing utility services and improving energy efficiency; preparing opinions on drafts and proposals of relevant regulations and strategies proposed by other state administration bodies; providing expert assistance to local self-government units and participating in capacity-building activities to improve the implementation of regulations governing housing, utilities and energy efficiency; other jobs from the scope of the Department.
