Audit Section (expert control) of technical documentation and issuance of construction and operating permits in a unified procedure through the Central Information System - Electronic Permits

In the Audit Section (expert control) of technical documentation and issuance of building and operating permits in a unified procedure through the Central Information System - Electronic Permits, activities are carried out within the framework of a consolidated procedure in relation to the construction of facilities referred to in Article 133 of the Planning and Construction Law, which include the issuance of building permits, decisions on the performance of works referred to in Article 145 of this Law, registration of works, provisional building permit, registration of the completion of the construction of the foundation and completion of the building in a constructive sense as well as ther activities in accordance with the Act concerning the construction of facilities under the jurisdiction of the Ministry; the check fulfills the formal conditions for acting on the application for the issuance of the use permit; making a conclusion about the rejection of the request in the event that the formal conditions are not fulfilled; a review of the necessary documentation submitted along with the request (minutes, geodetic report, study on energy properties, taxes, etc.); coordinating and forwarding projects for execution of PP consent to MIA; checking the fulfillment of the conditions for issuing the use permit (checking the submitted documentation on the merging of cadastral parcels, verifying the final calculation of the contribution for the construction of the building land); review of the report (reports) of the technical inspection committee; review the project of the implemented facility in order to obtain the necessary data for the use permit; making a decision on use for the objects referred to in Article 133 of the Law on Planning and Construction; making a decision on use for the objects referred to in Article 145 of the Law; preparation of appropriate instructions and information for investors and preparation of reports and analysis of objects of importance for the Republic of Serbia; providing expert assistance to the parties and bodies of local self-government units in the procedure for issuing operating permits, as well as other tasks from the scope of the Department.
