Department for Road Certification and Certification in Road Traffic

In the Department for Road Certification and Certification in Road Traffic, works are carried out related to: resolving requests related to determining the fulfillment of the conditions for performing public transport upon notification of changes regarding the fulfillment of requirements; preparation of administrative acts issued by the ministry in the second instance; preparation of proposals for administrative acts issued by other competent authorities in the second instance; preparation of acts related to administrative disputes and other court proceedings; in connection with determining the fulfillment of the conditions for the certification of responsible persons by domestic carriers; with the issuance of licenses and excerpts from the licenses for carrying out road transport and keeping the register of issued licenses; issuing certificates for responsible persons and keeping a register of issued certificates; establishing conditions for vehicles and keeping records for vehicles in road transport; issuing and certifying certificates for road vehicles; preparation of project proposals and other activities related to their implementation; participation in the development and monitoring of the implementation of the objectives defined by the action plan of the Transport Development Strategy; participation in the harmonization of regulations from the scope of the Department with the relevant EU regulations, as well as other activities from the scope of the Department.
