At the Department for Administrative and Administrative-Supervisory Affairs following tasks are performed: exercising supervision over the work of the holder of public authority in the performance of entrusted tasks, in accordance with the law; preparation of solutions in administrative matters in the second instance in the field of urban planning and construction; preparation of responses to lawsuits in administrative disputes in the field of urban planning and construction; achieving cooperation with the republic, provincial and municipal authorities; participation and development of analyzes, reports and information related to the application of regulations in the field of urban planning and construction; other jobs from the scope of the Department.
